Wesley J Gano is a principal at Apollonian Publications LLC, a training and software company that helps people improve their problem-solving skills. He has spent his career developing solutions that get the most out of a person’s commitment to understanding cause and effect relationships with tools that build upon a common reality.

He has been sharing his passion for the benefits of using the Apollo Root Cause Analysis™ methodology and RealityCharting software since 2005 and most recently led his team in bringing the cloud-based RC Pro software to market.
