Claude has over 25 years’ experience in the Medtech Industry working across a number of Leadership Positions and roles.

He is currently Director of Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain at Digital Manufacturing Ireland. DMI is an Industry Led Organization that supports Manufacturing Organizations in creating a Digital Transformation Strategy and enabling its successful implementation. Claude’s role focuses on ensuring clients can effectively ‘operationalise’ Digital Technologies to improve all aspects of their competitiveness.

Prior to DMI Claude was Site Director of Zimmer Biomet’s two Orthopaedic Implant manufacturing sites in Ireland. As a Lean Black Belt, he is major advocate of Continuous Improvement as a key enabler of Operations and Business Excellence.

This experience combined with exposure to Digital Transformation gives him a unique insight into how best to deploy Digital Technologies to improve all aspects of a Manufacturing Organizations performance,  particularly around improving asset reliability.
