Reliability Journeys: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Matt joined AVTR with a strong background in software support.  He quickly embedded himself within the AVTR engineering support team based in Warrington, and his primary role is in improving practices and training methods within the company and amongst clients on their reliability journey.

Matt is also responsible for software support, development and implementation of routine Condition Monitoring programmes around the globe, as well as providing  training to both internal and external reliability professionals.

Throughout his time with AVTR, in particular with his support role, Matt has experienced all that is good, bad and ugly about reliability practices,allowing him to develop the necessary tools to aid clients on their journey.

Matt is particularly passionate about training, and believes that the foundation of any reliability journey is delivering clear instruction and instilling good practice methods.
