Arkadiusz (Arek) Burnos is an experienced Asset Management and Reliability Programmes designer, consultant and manager. He is the Managing Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at SEAM Group. He drives the growth and business operations spanning asset management, condition monitoring, and safety services across the EMEA region.

Arek previously served as President and Owner of BalticBerg Consulting — a company purchased by SEAM Group in 2019. He has more than 15 years’ experience managing complex asset management, reliability, and maintenance improvement projects for companies across multiple industries. He is a prominent trainer and conference speaker who has led more than 200 courses in his specialisation.

His presentation, focusing on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimisation decisions in capital projects and operations,   will include a case study from the pharmaceutical industry.
